We need your email address to process your request to join and to facilitate payment of the membership fee. Your data will be accessible only by the current board and will only be used to certify your membership of ASA International Law and to contact you regarding our events and services via email. To do this, we store your name and email address with Google and with MailChimp, and we use Wix to facilitate the collection of your information. This may mean that your data is stored in the United States and the European Union. You can request that we delete your personal information at any time.

By registering for our events, you may need to share special category data with us, such as :

  • Bank transfer information

The content will stay within the organisation and will only be used for promotional purposes of ASA International Law itself. In case you do not wish to be photographed or if you do not want the content of you to be uploaded online, you can contact us and we will make sure that this footage is not saved or distributed.
