We need your email address to process your request to join and to facilitate payment of the membership fee. To do this, we store your name and email address with Google and with MailChimp, and we use Wix to facilitate the collection of your information. This may mean that your data is stored in the United States and the European Union. You can request that we delete your personal information at any time.

By registering for our events, you may need to share special category data with us to facilitate your travel, which may include, but may not be limited to:

During events, ASA International Law reserves the right to take photos and video content for promotional purposes. The content will stay within the organisation and will only be used for promotional purposes of ASA International Law itself. In case you do not wish to be photographed or if you do not want the content of you to be uploaded online, you can contact us and we will make sure that this footage is not saved or distributed.
